Our Concierge Service is run by the ever capable Lisa Longinotto, our local contact from "Have a Nice Stay". Lisa is a long time resident of Revelstoke and has a wealth of knowledge of what is going on in the area.
The service can range from a simple ‘meet and greet’ when you arrive (included in the nightly rates) to a full service which could include any or all of the following:- (cost to be negotiated with Lisa)
Please discuss with Lisa at the time of booking what services you require. Snow removal and a weekly clean/change of bed linen (if staying for longer than 7 days) are included in the nightly rate.
Mountain Meals on 1st Avenue West has a delicious selection of home style pies, pasta sauces, lasagnas, and deserts etc. that can be ordered before hand and delivered to the lodge. A perfect alternative to eating out without having to cook. See www.mountainmealsrevy.com

Please note that we have gone to a great deal of effort to provide you with a clean and comfortable home for your vacation. In order that we can be assured to be able to provide the same standard to our next guests we require you to pay a 'Security Deposit' of the equivalent of one night’s stay. A valid credit card number with sufficient funds will suffice, otherwise an agreed amount of cash will be held and returned at the end of your stay. You will also be required to sign a legal document stating that you will not deliberately damage our home and leave it in the state you found it in.
Pets will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the owners. Permission must be sought before bringing pets into the home. An additional 'Security Deposit' will be required and an additional cleaning fee may also be required.
